Are you passionate about children’s ministry and eager to make a lasting impact in the heart of Bristol? Central Church, a vibrant and growing church in the city centre, is seeking a Kids and Families Pastor to help us build on our strong foundation and see God’s kingdom grow through our children and families.

As Kids and Families Pastor, you will:

    • Lead and grow our ministry to children (ages 0-11), both on Sundays and midweek.

    • Equip parents and carers to disciple their children at home.

    • Identify new mission opportunities, building relationships with schools and the local community.

    • Lead volunteers and interns, ensuring they are recruited safely and well-supported.

We believe children are an integral part of the church today, not just the future, and we are seeking someone who shares this vision. You’ll need to be a self-starter with a heart for children’s ministry and a passion for seeing families grow in faith.

    • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a heart for outreach.

    • Ability to create dynamic, engaging environments for children’s spiritual and emotional growth.

    Special Conditions:

There is a genuine occupational requirement for the post-holder to be a Christian. You’ll need to either be a member of Central Church or willing to join us, actively participating in our community life.
